Not sure about USA, but here in San Diego, cars owners park their wheels head in, ALL the time. The multi-storey carpark that I walked through everyday, the cars are parked so neatly and you won't see a car head facing out. Not ever. EVER. Yes, you have to kill them before they park their behinds first. There are of course reasons behind such disciplined behaviors. Cool right? Hahah.
