That's all. I've been enjoying myself so far. I'm not sure what I'm here for though. Am I here to make loads of international friends or American friends or simply come tour the whole damn States. I'd like to imagine I'm here for the third. I'm doing fairly well at the moment, saving as much as possible for possibly 2 huge runs along the West Coast as well as visiting the expensive NY region. As for making friends, it's easy with fellow Asians because afterall, we're on the same ship. For the ang mohs, it all depends, really. I'm not a party person and maybe it takes an even longer time to blend in. Not that I'm anti-social, but any social life with them is simply so superficial. There is this cultural gap that makes their jokes seem unfunny to us, for example. Anyway, let's be serious, this kinda friendship won't even last a mile once I'm back to Singapore. But it has definitely opened up my definition of culture. Looking forward to further exploring this word. Any plans? Nah, just enjoy myself first.
